Are you frustrated with the hassle of trying to buy Three Investigators books through on-line auctions?  It's easy to get outbid at the last minute or to find yourself in the midst of a bidding war and paying much more than you know you should have for a book.  Occasionally you'll receive a book you purchased at auction only to find that it was misrepresented by the seller, sometimes intentionally.  Are you tired of searching through hundreds of over-priced Three Investigators books at on-line bookstores just to find the one or two bargains that might be there or visiting the used bookstores in your area with little or no luck?  Well, you've found the answer to your problem!

I try to keep a good selection of Three Investigators books in all formats at realistic prices - just compare to other on-line sellers.  If you are looking for high-quality collector material or you simply want some reasonable books for you or your kids to read, I may have it here.  If not, check back soon because I am always buying and selling and I update this page at least once a week.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed, purchase with confidence.  I'm a

well-known member of the on-line Three Investigators community and have participated regularly on each of the discussion boards since 1999.  I've specialized in the collecting/selling of Three Investigators books since 1998 and many on-line sellers use this site as a reference.

I'm always interested in buying Three Investigators books and many other series books.  I offer fast, hassle-free

payment on all items of interest.  A description with scans/photos is helpful along with your asking price.

**I am not interested in purchasing books which have had the covers "touched-up" with coloring agents (crayons, markers, etc.) to hide the natural light rubbing that occurs unless the price is

commensurate with condition.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE RATES:

Media Mail Rate: Order 1 - 5 books and shipping within the continental U.S. is a flat $3.75.  (Most book sellers charge more than that to send just one book!)  Order 6 books or more and Media Mail shipping is FREE!  Media Mail shipping usually takes about 1 week for delivery but it can take up to 4 according to the PO.

Priority Mail Rate:  $6.50 for the first book, rates depend on the destination and weight of the package.  Up to 6 books can be mailed by Priority flat-rate for just $11.00.  Delivery takes 2-3 days.

Insurance Rates:  $2.00 for up to $50.00 of value, $2.50 for up to $100.00 of value, $3.00 for up to $200.00 of value and $5.00+ for anything over $200.00 of value.  I recommend insuring your books as I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands.

International Rates:  Rates vary by destination and weight.  1 or 2 books can be sent to most countries by Priority Mail for $14.00 in a flat-rate Priority envelope, up to six hardback books can be sent to most countries in a flat-rate Priority box for $44.00.  Some countries charge a tax or Customs fee upon importation.  I've sent books sold on this page to Germany, England, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Italy, Spain, Austria, S.                               original factory glue along the inside-front hinge.  The words "withdrawn from

                              library" are stamped on the top edge of the textblock and on the last blank page

                              but there is no indication (stamps, cardpocket, other markings, etc.) that this book

                              was actually used in a library.  Odd.  Help yourself.  $28.00

                                           maybe 5 or 6 of these in the last 10 years.  Covers exhibit some light

                                           rubbing all around but no exposed cardboard and the corners are nice and

                                           pointy.  Textblock is nice, tight, crisp and clean throughout with a small,

                                           circular, black mark in upper right corner of the first free blue endpaper

                                           (probably to mark out an old price).  Help yourself!  $12.00

GLB's - True Random House GIBRALTAR LIBRARY BINDING Books:

These books are just like the Random House Trade Edition books listed above except that they were designed to withstand the rigors of library use.  The covers sometimes exhibit heavy wear but the books are sturdy and will last for generations.  They are ideal for kids or for those who just want to enjoy reading a book without having to worry about possibly damaging a collectible book.  (Learn more about GLB's.)

Very nice 6 book GLB set just in!

If you like the high-quality sturdiness of gently-used GLBs, these are for you!  The following 6 books

were all in circulation at the Lubbock (Texas) Christian School from approximately 1981 - 1995.  #3 Whispering MummySOLD, #6 Skeleton Island, #7 Fiery EyeSOLD, #8 Silver Spider, #9 Screaming Clock and #11 Talking SkullSOLD.  All have numerous light stampings throughout along with card pockets inside the rear covers.  The covers are all bright and clean with just a touch of rubbing from shelfwear.  Two appear to have been "touched-up" at the extremities with matching color but this is barely noticeable.  All exterior tags were professionally removed with excellent, clean results.  The corners and spine ends are very gently bumped but there is no exposed cardboard.  Each book is tight, clean and square, no cocked spines.  Pages are all tight, crisp and clean throughout with an occasional creased corner.  These all have the original Harry Kane covers and interior illustrations, all have white endpapers.  If you are a connoiseur of GLBs but don't want to spend ridiculous sums for uncirculated examples, these are the next best thing.  Ask for scans, see for yourself, but don't procrastinate because these won't be here for long.  $25.00 each plus shipping or take the lot of 6 for $130.00 with FREE media mail shipping to any U.S. destination!

#31 Scar-Faced Beggar - 2nd print.  Nice, bright covers with just a touch of rubbing and wear to the

                                       gently bumped, the top two corners are nice and pointy.  Just a hint of

                                       rubbing to the covers, there is a faint, rectangular area on the front cover

                                       where a library sticker was removed.  The white letters on the front cover of

                                       the words "Scar-Faced Beggar" have been lightly written on and you may be

                                       able to remove this.  The textblock is super nice, tight and clean throughout

                                       with just two small library stampings located near the front of the book and

                                       some very minor remnants of the card pocket remaining on the last page of

                                       the book.  I only noticed three or four creased page corners.  A really nice

                                 nice and tight, there are some letters and page numbers written along the top

                                 edges of many of the pages of the first five chapters in black crayon which does

                                 not reach the text.  Otherwise the pages are crisp and white with no noted

Alfred Hitchcock's Solve-Them-Yourself Mysteries - Large  1963 hardbound book with picture cover,

         illustrated by Fred Banbery.  Five classic mysteries penned by Robert Arthur! This is also the

         same book referred to by Jupiter in "Silver Spider".  This is a MUST HAVE for any 3 Investigators

         collection.  Book is in nice, clean condition throughout with gently bumped corners and a touch
